Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Monday–Friday, 3pm -12am Or 12am-8am
Rotating Weekends

We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Bilingual Office Clerk to join a busy office in Kendall. This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability and growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in English and Spanish
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage emails and calendars using Microsoft Outlook
• Update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
• File and organize office documents
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous office, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
