Key Responsibilities: Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Maintain and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract diverse talent pools. Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
