CGP: AR Clerk

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $28.00 to $30.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities:

• Process and record daily cash receipts accurately and apply payments to the appropriate customer accounts.
• Reconcile cash activity and support timely resolution of payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain accounts receivable records while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to address payment questions and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with reporting and documentation to support month end close and audit requests.

• Bring hands on experience with cash receipts processing as an essential qualification.
• Use Excel at an intermediate level to prepare reconciliations track data and support reporting.
• Demonstrate clear and professional communication skills in written and verbal interactions.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Work reliably and consistently in a structured accounts receivable environment.

• Maintain organized records to support reconciliations audits and financial reviews.
• Collaborate effectively with accounting and finance teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Apply sound judgment when handling customer payments and sensitive financial data.
• Adapt quickly to systems and processes with experience in enterprise software considered beneficial.
• Bring prior experience with Oracle Fusion or similar platforms considered a plus.
