This Role Offers: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and retirement options Remote flexibility with strong internal support and training resources Opportunity to work with enterprise-level clients and decision-makers High visibility role with direct impact on organizational growth Focus: Drive new business development efforts targeting law firms, financial institutions, and large corporate organizations Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals Lead full-cycle sales processes, from initial outreach through negotiation and close Present and communicate the value of legal and compliance-related service solutions to prospective clients Expand relationships within existing accounts to increase user adoption and revenue Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasting Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving client needs Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client engagements Skill Set: 3–5 years of experience driving growth initiatives or managing client relationships, ideally in legal, financial, or corporate services settings Proven ability to generate new business and close complex deals Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines and reporting Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and professional presence #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue Signal Search
