Growing Through People, Not Ads We are a forward-thinking business litigation firm that is on track for aggressive growth, and we need an experienced business development team member with at least 3 years of experience to join our team and work directly with the owners to develop community relationships We do not believe our best clients come from algorithms, gimmicks, or ad spend. Our firm grows through relationships, reputation, and referrals. Your job is to make that growth intentional, predictable, and profitable. If you think referrals “just happen,” this role is not for you. The Mission Your mission is to help us plant, tend to, and grow a "garden" of high-quality referral partners with whom our firm will be strategically making referrals to and receiving referrals from. Your mission is to strategically & intentionally cultivate a limited number of high-quality referral partners who you will take extraordinarily good care of, with detailed records we'll be able to use for attribution and bonuses.
