Strategic Account Executive

Copeland Cold Chain LP

Copeland Cold Chain is seeking an upbeat Account Executive to be part of our In Transit Monitoring Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will provide temperature monitoring solutions consisting of hardware and services to Food Retail, National Restaurant chains, Food producers, Food processors, and other temperature‑sensitive or High‑Value Shipments. You will concentrate on our Cargo Solutions product line. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets, monitoring performance monthly and quarterly and adjusting strategies accordingly. Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with National Chain Accounts by presenting Copeland’s solutions to senior executives, attending trade shows and industry events, identifying account needs and challenges, discovering new business opportunities, and advocating for Copeland’s interests. Analyze market conditions, competitive intelligence, industry trends, product gaps, and communicate this information internally. Demonstrate self‑motivation and proactivity in developing relationships and executing strategic sales plans, showing organizational skills and ability to generate new business. Manage pipeline activities and sales processes to ensure consistent results, detailing opportunities in Salesforce and collaborating with internal partners such as product management, engineering, legal, international sales, and operations. Share knowledge with the organization to inform, educate, train, and develop others as required. Negotiate pricing agreements with accounts. Required Education, Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years sales experience with progressive responsibility. Up to 50% travel required. Legal work authorization in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided. Preferred Education, Experience & Skills Experience in Software, Technology, Food Retail, and/or Logistics industries, preferably with strategic accounts and National chains. Bilingual proficiency (preferred). Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (preferred). The position offers flexible work‑from‑home arrangements, with remote opportunities for West Coast employees.
