What You'll Do Cross‑sell loan, deposit, and electronic banking products to meet member needs. Achieve monthly goals for ancillary loan product penetration and sales performance. Interview applicants, collect required information, and ensure loan documents meet policy standards. Guide members by recommending products and services that best fit their financial goals. Process loan approvals, secure collateral liens, and close loans accurately. Open new accounts—including checking, savings, certificates, IRAs, and money markets—and verify eligibility. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of lending procedures, credit union guidelines, and loan product features. Perform teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account maintenance. Resolve member inquiries by providing account information, researching issues, and delivering timely solutions. Support branch operations by assisting with audits, night drop processing, supply monitoring, and opening/closing duties. Requirements Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or six months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be service‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to manage a variety of tasks effectively. Location: Lafayette Branch, 306 E Kaliste Saloom Road, Lafayette, LA 70508. Compensation: $17–21 per hour, depending on qualifications. Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays 9am–1pm.
