Accounting Manager

Growing real estate organization is seeking a Property Accountant This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with a genuine work-life balance. What You’ll Do: Review and ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts Prepare and review monthly financial statements (accrual and/or cash basis) for a portfolio of properties Lead preparation and analysis of financial packages for multiple entities Manage relationships with third-party ownership groups with a high level of customer service Direct and improve processes to ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close Lead quarterly and year-end audit processes Complete special projects and stay current on accounting and real estate industry developments What They’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of business accounting experience Real estate or property accounting experience preferred, but strong general accounting backgrounds will be considered Strong understanding of how financial statements tie together Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with property owners and cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and deadline focus Proficiency with general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) If you’re looking for a hybrid role with real work-life balance, direct exposure to ownership groups, and a collaborative accounting team, apply via LinkedIn or reach out directly for a confidential conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlantic Group
