Job Responsibilities Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members. Assist with operational support functions like Purchasing, Receiving, and Inventory. Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations. Job Qualifications Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience. Food Safety Certification as per local regulations. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Why Join Us? Operations Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations to maintain quality standards. Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff. Order inventory, reconcile cash registers, and ensure staff compliance with safety regulations. Management Recruit, interview, and hire quality staff. Train employees, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Adjust work schedules to ensure all shifts are covered. Leadership Display professionalism and effective communication. Delegate tasks appropriately and resolve employee concerns. Conduct meetings and accomplish objectives set by the General Manager. Work Condition Requirements Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours. Requires standing, walking, and frequent interaction with guests and staff. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication, math, and computer skills. Professional demeanor, outgoing personality, and positive attitude.
