Pay: $15-17 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Additional: Voluntary Overtime Available
Location: Shreveport

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC lathes, mills, or grinders and a strong understanding of precision machining processes. This position offers steady hours, great pay growth potential, and optional overtime for those who enjoy maximizing their earnings.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce precision components
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job orders
Adjust machine settings and tool offsets to maintain accuracy and tolerances
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machines
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow all company safety procedures and quality control standards

Requirements:

1+ year of CNC machining experience (lathe or mill preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay: $15.00-$17.00/hr based on experience
Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday (6:00 AM-4:00 PM)
Voluntary overtime available
