Job Summary As a Senior Product Manager in our Central Product Management team, you will play a critical role in the development and management of our AAA titles. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to define the product strategy, create a roadmap, and execute it to ensure success of our games in a live environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with lead product management and stakeholders to define long‑term product vision and strategy for AAA titles. Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, market trends, player feedback, and competitive analysis. Work closely with game designers, developers, artists and QA to define and prioritize features and improvements. Drive live operations, including in‑game events, updates and patches, to ensure a positive player experience and drive engagement and monetization. Utilize data analytics and player feedback to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement and optimize game performance and monetization. Develop and execute monetization strategies, including in‑game purchases and virtual economies, while maintaining a fair and enjoyable player experience. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to ensure titles remain competitive and innovative. Work closely with marketing, community management and customer support to coordinate efforts and deliver on project goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with the player community, gather feedback and address concerns to enhance player satisfaction and retention. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, computer science, game design) or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in gaming. Passion for gaming and deep understanding of market trends & player preferences. Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Knowledge of monetization strategies and virtual economies in gaming. Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges. Familiarity with live operations and game development processes (plus). Compensation Pay range: $83,300.00 - $154,700.00 per year. Base pay is one component of our total compensation package.
