PMO Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing advanced data analytics to support multiuse facilities construction projects, the full-time PMO Analyst will create and maintain PMO reports, collaborate with cross-departmental teams, and act as a subject matter expert, all while working remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zones. Key responsibilities Create and maintain PMO reports, including scheduling, budget, and risk reports, along with Power BI dashboards Collaborate with personnel from other departments to ensure successful project implementation and process improvements Review and ensure the accuracy of information provided to management, clients, and project teams Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered Data analytics experience for creating risk evaluation, scheduling, and budget reports Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI or other data analytics dashboards Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mentality Advanced math skills for complex financial calculations
