Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible otolaryngologist at our flagship location in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Join our busy, well-established, full-service otolaryngology department including fellowship-trained surgeons. We are proud to have the longest continuous running ENT program in Wisconsin! Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of employment. Comprehensive array of cases, full-scope ENT practice. Advanced training or experience in laryngology or otology a plus! Well-established referral base from across the Marshfield Clinic region of Sanford Health. Collegial environment with exceptional support. Dedicated, well-trained staff. Call coverage is 1:4 with PA support. Fully remodeled clinic space with state-of-the-art equipment. 2 dedicated procedure rooms. Team includes advanced practice providers. Audiology department adjacent to ENT department. Speech pathology onsite performs swallowing studies. Vestibular lab for dizziness testing. Collaboration with plastic surgery, pathology, oncology, ophthalmology, and neurology as well as over 170 other specialties and sub-specialties to support patient care.
