Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and best practices to inform treatment plans.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate solution-based interventions targeting each patient's unique circumstances and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies tailored to patients’ preferences and clinical needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies to ensure optimal patient care continuity.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment quality and patient outcomes.

• Offer educational resources and support to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
