What You'll Do:

• Analyze commercial documentation preparation requests and determine documentation requirements.
• Order, track, and review required due diligence in accordance with credit policy and approval requirements.
• Prepare complete legal closing documentation packages for commercial and personal use transactions.
• Deliver finalized documentation packages to Relationship Managers for execution.
• Communicate with lending staff, legal counsel, compliance teams, and management to resolve missing or unclear information.
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized electronic records and image working files for documentation tracking and audit purposes.
• Identify and escalate risk-related concerns while adhering to internal controls, regulatory standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial loan documentation, loan operations, banking

• Associate's Degree.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Office experience.
• Paralegal experience.
