General Manager, Product - Digital Revenue and Retail Experiences

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta isseeking a transformational product leader to shape the future of our digitalretail experiences across customer and corporate channels. This role makes iteffortless for travelers and business partners to shop, choose, and purchaseDelta’s offerings while driving premium revenue, strengthening loyalty, andreinforcing Delta’s leadership in digital commerce. The GeneralManager (GM) of Digital Revenue Products owns the vision and execution ofDelta’s digital retail experiences across delta.com, the Fly Delta app, and thecorporate direct platform. This role leads end‑to‑end shopping, merchandising,and checkout journeys for both leisure and business travelers, includingDelta’s small‑to‑medium enterprise (SME) corporate travel experience. Leading ateam of product leaders, the GM delivers outcome‑driven roadmaps, expands self‑serviceand revenue capabilities, and applies modern product practices and emergingtechnologies, including AI. In close partnership with design and technologyteams, this role delivers seamless, customer‑centered, omnichannel experiencesat scale. Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Lead and develop a high‑performingteam of product leaders, fostering accountability, engagement, and growth. Build a product‑led,outcome‑driven culture grounded in customer problem solving, experimentation,and continuous learning. Model a growth mindset andpromote data‑informed decision‑making, including responsible use of AI. Product Strategy & Delivery Define a multi‑yearproduct vision aligned to enterprise strategy, revenue priorities, and evolvingcustomer needs. Deliver outcome‑focusedroadmaps for digital retail, merchandising, and checkout across customer andcorporate platforms. Guide discovery anddelivery in partnership with design to balance customer value, business impact,and technical sustainability. Cross‑Functional Partnership Drive strong collaborationacross Digital, IT, Commercial, Loyalty, Data & Analytics, and Marketing. Align priorities,tradeoffs, and decisions within a complex, matrixed organization. Partner closely withcommercial leaders to accelerate premium revenue and elevate the customerexperience. Operational Excellence Optimize team structuresand operating models to improve capacity, speed, and alignment. Develop clear, data‑backedbusiness cases and track performance to inform decisions and continuouslyadjust strategy. Maintain accountabilityfor revenue‑related elements of the digital P&L. Future Vision & Innovation Anticipate trends indigital commerce, personalization, experimentation, and AI. Champion practical,responsible applications of AI to improve decision‑making and deliveryefficiency. Help shape integratedoperating models across product, design, engineering, and analytics to scalecustomer and business impact. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) 5–7+ years of experience in digital product management, technology, or commercial leadership. Proven success defining product strategy, leading discovery and delivery, and managing high performing teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and influence at senior levels. Demonstrated success operating in complex, fast paced, matrixed environments undergoing change. Experience making strategic tradeoffs, building business cases, and presenting to executive leadership. High integrity, sound judgment, and a customer obsessed mindset. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience in Service Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business or related field. Experience with modern product management frameworks and empowered team models. Strong collaboration experience with UX, content design, and visual design partners. Knowledge of Delta’s business, commercial strategy, or the airline/travel industry. Passion for travel and digital customer experience innovation.
