Position: AI Engineer

Location: Redmond, WA

Salary: $90K to $103K

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes and deliver innovative products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering, along with proficiency in programming and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for various applications.
• Data Processing: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for training and inference.
• Deployment: Implement and deploy AI models into production environments using scalable architectures.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI trends and integrate cutting-edge techniques into solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered features.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Develop : Microsoft related AI Tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or master's in computer science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python, Agentic AI(autogen),MCP, OpenAI
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and computer vision.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of data engineering tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in code debugging, API Design knowledge
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and excellent communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models),Agentic AI and generative AI.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with API development and integration.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft related AI Tools

The pay range for this role is $90K- $103K per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
