Hub Cap Annie & Wheel has been serving the Treasure Valley for decades and is one of the region's leaders in OEM wheel refinishing, wheel repair, powder coating, and Cerakote. We work on everything from daily drivers and luxury vehicles to lifted trucks, classic cars, motorcycles, and custom show builds.
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wheel & Coatings Service Advisor . This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing, family-owned company.
Position Summary
As our Wheel & Coatings Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll help guide them through the repair and refinishing process, create estimates, schedule work, answer technical questions, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service from start to finish.
This position is ideal for someone with automotive experience who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional first impression.
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Create estimates and write work orders.
- Schedule customer appointments and vehicle drop-offs.
- Coordinate communication between customers and production staff.
- Educate customers about wheel repair, powder coating, Cerakote, and refinishing services.
- Assist customers in selecting colors and finishes.
- Keep work orders accurate and organized.
- Learn our services and processes to confidently answer customer questions.
- Support a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
Preferred
- Experience in powder coating ( highly preferred )
- Automotive industry experience
- Wheel, tire, collision repair, paint, fabrication, or aftermarket experience
- Service advisor or estimating experience
Required
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
