Key Responsibilities\n

The role of the LMFT encompasses a variety of critical duties, including but not limited to:

• Conducting initial intakes and comprehensive assessments of patients to identify psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs.

• Providing crisis evaluations, delivering brief therapy sessions, and performing phone triage to ensure patients receive timely referrals to appropriate services.

• Offering therapeutic interventions through individual and family therapy, with a special focus on crisis intervention for patients presenting with mild to moderate conditions.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain treatment plans that align with current standards of practice, ensuring patients achieve their mental health goals.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and training, as well as actively contributing to safety programs, including emergency response activities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
