We are currently accepting applications for a Central Supply Clerk within our long-term care and rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatrics. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will enjoy supporting our residents and staff by ensuring all medical and facility supplies are well-stocked, organized, and properly distributed.

Requirements

1. All potential new employees are required to have a negative COVID-19 test prior to date of hire (facility to provide testing).
2. Must pass background check and drug screen.
3. Full-time position; some flexibility may be required based on facility needs.

Essential Job Function

1. Order, receive, and distribute medical and non-medical supplies throughout the facility.
2. Maintain accurate inventory levels and records of all incoming and outgoing supplies.
3. Monitor usage and assist in maintaining cost efficiency and budget control.
4. Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with infection control standards.
5. Communicate effectively with nursing and administrative staff to meet resident care needs.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Administrator or Department Head.
