Job Summary

The Cricket Sales Advocate is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience by engaging customers, identifying their needs, and promoting Cricket Wireless products and services. This role plays a vital part in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers and builds rapport to assess individual needs.
• Recommends suitable wireless devices, plans, and accessories based on customer requirements.
• Promotes and upsells Cricket Wireless products and services to meet sales targets.
• Stays current on promotions, offers, and wireless trends to effectively educate customers.
• Provides basic technical support, including device setup and troubleshooting.
• Clearly explains billing procedures, account setup, and service options.
• Accurately processes transactions such as payments, activations, and upgrades.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment.
• Supports team members to achieve overall store performance goals.
• Participates in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Accepts and applies constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Wireless Cashier Top Skills & Proficiencies

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proven relationship-building skills and a willingness to receive and apply feedback.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications
