Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies.

• Provide therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records that comply with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training workshops to remain informed about the latest research and practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with diverse populations, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. We are especially committed to reaching underserved individuals and families who require mental health support but have limited access to resources.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, determined by your experience and caseload.
