F135 Sustainment Program Integration Specialist (Onsite)

Overview Onsite U.S. based role at Pratt & Whitney (RTX) located in the Hartford, CT area. Position requires U.S. citizenship. What You Will Do Collaborate continuously with the F135 Integration lead and Sustainment cross‑functional teams on organizational needs, including Integrated Management meetings, stand‑ups and key communication venues. Act as liaison between Sustainment Integration and cross‑functional teams for the management and logistics of internal and external critical events and activities. Identify key topics, milestones and background for upcoming events to drive seamless execution. Provide ongoing data analytical support of the financial portfolio, including Long‑Range Planning, OMM process, and reporting for Discretionary, Overhead and Capital management. Serve as a focal point for Sustainment Integration Processes, driving improvement of existing processes or creation of new ones using CORE principles. Participate in integration reporting activities, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely fashion. Qualifications – Required BA/BS in a technical or business‑related field (or higher) with at least 5 years of experience in business, engineering, supply chain or a related field; or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of related experience. U.S. citizenship required. Qualifications – Preferred Knowledge of government contracting. Experience in a large corporate setting. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Heightened attention to detail and experience in a high‑pace environment. Professional proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite. Proactive self‑motivation and willingness to act with urgency. Salary & Benefits Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
