• When you find a nonconformance, do you speak up quickly and partner with production to drive corrective actions?

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in quality is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in inspection or quality roles—manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of core quality principles, methods, and tools.
• Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical judgment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with measurement instruments and quality/inspection software.
• Independence balanced with teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
