Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg (Night Shift) Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to medical-surgical patients. Manage patient care using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices. Monitor, assess, and respond to patient conditions, including post-surgical and wound care. Communicate effectively with care teams, physicians, patients, and families to ensure optimal outcomes. Promote safety, quality, and service excellence. Develop nursing diagnoses and individualized care plans, including patient and family education. Administer medications and treatments following policies. Review diagnostic test results and take appropriate clinical actions. Reassess and revise care plans as needed. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred. Active RN license in Georgia. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within first week; ACLS, PALS, or NRP within 6 months. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
