Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Submit warranty claims to product manufacturers Process warranty settlements Process claim evaluation and resubmittals Enter machine failure data Process warranty part returns Enroll warranty coverage contracts for equipment Assign coverage information to equipment Create warranty analysis on hardship machines Quarterly analysis of warranty recovery %, claim submission days, grief % Create and lead training classes for mechanics on correct failure data and service report writing Provide warranty information to sales and service departments Create and distribute reports for all departments/divisions that provide analysis requested by them Other warranty duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions. SKILLS & ABILITIES Must have experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Self motivated and proactive, detail oriented Analytical skills for reviewing data and determining root causes or trends Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra. Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability effectively presents information and responds to questions from managers, clients, customers and general public. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to drive to and from other locations EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. COMPENSATION Wage Range $25 to $30 Hourly Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
