Your Role: As a NetSuite Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the NetSuite platform across manufacturing, warehouse management, and supply chain allocation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure NetSuite supports daily operations, scales with the business, and delivers accurate, actionable data in a fast-moving production environment. You will have direct impact on our mission-critical ERP system and opportunity to improve processes in a growing, operations-driven organization. What You’ll Do Administer and maintain NetSuite with emphasis on manufacturing, WMS, and inventory allocation Support operational processes including work orders, BOMs, routings, and warehouse transactions Improve warehouse functionality such as bin structures, mobile workflows, and cycle count processes Configure and manage users, roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT on system enhancements and process improvements Resolve system issues, assist with upgrades, and safeguard data quality Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience within manufacturing and warehouse environments Working knowledge of production and distribution operations Demonstrated ability to align business requirements with effective NetSuite configurations Background in food manufacturing, CPG, or distribution strongly preferred Strong communication and collaboration with a team mindset Why Join?
