Job Title: Cellular Support Specialist

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Lunch Break: 1 Hour Scheduled Lunch
Location: Birmingham, AL

Job Overview:

This job entails assisting our cellular trail camera users with support via phone and email. It’s interesting work unlike anything else that is rewarding and offers many benefits.

Skills Needed:

Pleasant and clear speaking voice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to be dependable, on time and a team player.
Deductive reasoning, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
No knowledge of trail cameras and/or hunting is needed.
Complete training will be provided.

Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A positive attitude and ability to work in a professional yet fun environment.

Additional Information:

90-day probationary period minimum.
Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation after the probationary period.
Excellent Insurance and 401K benefits after the probationary period.
