Vice President, Client Coverage

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a portfolio of existing Broker Dealer, RIA, and/or Bank Trust client relationships.
• Serve in a consultative role to clients/prospects, advising client leadership on the best way to achieve short‑ and long‑term strategic objectives through a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Commercially focused on optimizing the client relationship to grow revenue.
• Evaluate and structure deals (pricing, contract terms, etc.) to determine optimal terms for both client and the firm’s commercial objectives and risk appetite.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver personalized service and solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations by maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge and implementing best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of the relevant marketplace, competitive landscape and industry drivers in the relevant regions.
• Financial Services experience with a particular client type or product preferred, as is prior experience in a related customer‑facing role.
• Excels at managing a full lifecycle of the sales relationship, including account/client profitability, business retention and client satisfaction.
• Highly motivated and responsible for achieving organic, incremental growth (revenue, asset) goals within assigned client portfolio.

Salary

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $185,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Additional compensation may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at‑will and the Company reserves the right to modify base compensation at any time.
