Financial Management: Work closely with your General Manager to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that every guest receives exceptional service, stepping in to resolve issues and continuously working to enhance the overall guest experience. Compliance & Safety: Help maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a leadership role within the retail, hospitality, or food service industry is preferred. Understanding of financial management, with the ability to support budgeting, cost control, and profitability efforts. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, quickly addressing challenges and making informed decisions. Qualifications Minimum age of 18 years old. Ability to pass a background check. This role requires full‑time (45) flexible hours, including nights & weekends. While performing this job, the incumbent is regularly required to stand, sit, talk and hear in a loud environment.
