Property Accountant
Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing.
A real estate client of ours in the Denver Tech Center is seeking a Property Accountant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, thrives in a hands-on environment, and brings strong technical accounting skills-especially around bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations with high accuracy
- Manage full-cycle property accounting
- Prepare journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close activities
- Review and analyze financial statements for multiple properties
- Support ad-hoc projects and accounting clean-up as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of property accounting experience (commercial or residential)
