Senior Staff Accountant - Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting responsibilities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Analyze financial statements and investigate variances across the P&L and balance sheet
• Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with financial reporting and support ongoing accounting operations
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and maintain accurate financial data
• Support audit requests and other ad hoc accounting projects as needed

Senior Staff Accountant - Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements and general ledger accounting
• Ability to analyze and work through accounting issues independently
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and month-end close required
• Strong Excel and systems skills preferred
