Descripción del puesto
Será responsable de ejecutar actividades orientadas a atraer clientes potenciales y convertirlos en clientes activos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales definidos por la organización. Esta función se centra en la implementación de estrategias de marketing y promoción eficaces que contribuyan al crecimiento de la base de clientes y al posicionamiento de la organización en el mercado.
- Diseñar e implementar campañas promocionales que destaquen los productos, servicios y propuestas de valor de la organización.
- Generar y gestionar contactos potenciales («leads») a través de actividades de marketing digitales y presenciales.
- Participar en eventos, ferias y actividades comunitarias para promover la marca y fortalecer la presencia de la organización.
- Establecer una comunicación efectiva con clientes potenciales, realizando seguimiento continuo hasta concretar oportunidades comerciales.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos para alinear los esfuerzos promocionales y garantizar una experiencia consistente para los clientes.
- Monitorear y evaluar los resultados de las iniciativas de marketing, proponiendo ajustes estratégicos cuando sea necesario.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y de las normativas aplicables en las actividades comerciales y promocionales.
- Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, promoción, marketing o ventas.
- Conocimientos avanzados de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Marbete vigente.
- Licencia de conducir vigente.
