Lead Real Estate Tax Advisory Director

FTI Consulting’s Real Estate Solutions practices seeks a Director of Business Tax Advisory to lead real estate tax engagements and manage client relationships. This hybrid role supports multiple markets including Roseland, NJ and other major U.S. cities.
The ideal candidate holds a CPA, 5+ years in real estate tax, and deep experience with REITs, Partnerships and private equity debt funds. You will guide teams and advise on transactions, financing and tax planning.
