Responsibilities Prioritize guest service (serving, bagging, prepping, cooking etc. in a timely manner) Maintain cleanliness of your work area (kitchen, hospitality or drive‑thru) Maintain labor and productivity goals Stock proactively throughout the shift and assist team as necessary Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience. Assisting with catering and/or making deliveries Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone. Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations Role Requirements Minimum Requirements (must meet all to apply) Must be at least 18 years old Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred You must be hard‑working, team‑oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills Reliable transportation with a current driver’s license is required Be authorized to work in the United States Be available to work any time including Saturdays – time off can be given for special requests Have at least one‑year previous restaurant management or leadership experience is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Coaching Behaviors Sense of Urgency that creates surprisingly fast Speed of Service Attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the kitchen Behavior Characteristics Work a maximum of up to forty hours + overtime (if needed) per week in the restaurant Allocate at least two hours per week to planning Focus on systematically and effectively communicating store goals and important info to Team Members Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation Effectively coach and give direction Intentionally and methodically grow and nurture relationships with the staff Be able to connect with a multicultural team Enthusiastically and passionately lead the team Additional Responsibilities Inventory management End‑of‑Month counts and input Maintaining accurate transfer logs Effective & efficient ordering Maintaining a LEAN production environment Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all kitchen Team Members Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and facilities Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning on set schedule Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people‑focused environment.
