Kitchen Director — Lead & Develop a Dynamic BOH Team

Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights is seeking a Kitchen Director to lead our back-of-house team in a fast-paced, on-site setting. You will attend leadership meetings, partner with the Training Director, and collaborate with the Executive Team to shape annual goals and a strong business plan. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, Serve Safe certification, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
