FIFA Event Cooks

Job Title

We are looking for people to work during the FIFA World Cup Event. This would be temporary employment with possible long-term employment opportunities. The event runs from June 13th to July 5th.

As a Cook, you'll menu to life by preparing high-quality food that meets our standardsevery plate, every shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized Pincho recipes and production guidelines
• Set up your workstation with the proper tools, equipment, and ingredients
• Prep ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, peeling, and mixing
• Safely and efficiently use kitchen tools and equipment (knives, ovens, grills, slicers, mixers, etc.)
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food to meet Pincho presentation standards
• Properly store food in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Restock, clean, and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude while supporting excellent guest experiences
• Follow all Pincho safety, food handling, and sanitation policies
• Support additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one)
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety practices
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
