Home Health Marketer / Healthcare Sales Representative

Position Overview

Family First Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Home Health Marketer / Healthcare Sales Representative to drive referral growth, build strong relationships with healthcare partners, and increase admissions across the assigned territory.

This is a results-driven, field-based sales role focused on generating referrals, developing accounts, and managing a consistent pipeline.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Referral Growth

• Establish new referral sources and maintain existing accounts within the assigned territory

• Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and case managers

• Generate qualified referrals and convert opportunities into admissions

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of referral sources and leads

Sales Activity & Account Management

• Conduct daily field visits, calls, and follow-ups with referral partners

• Promote home health services and educate referral sources on agency capabilities

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand market reach

• Track referral activity and report weekly performance metrics

Marketing & Strategy Execution

• Participate in weekly leadership meetings to review pipeline, activity, and results

• Analyze territory performance and monitor competitor activity

• Develop targeted marketing strategies to increase market share

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, home health, or hospice

• Proven track record of generating referrals and driving admissions

• Strong relationships within the local healthcare market preferred

• Knowledge of physician practices, hospital discharge planning, and case management

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to meet performance targets

Performance Expectations

• Consistently generate referrals and contribute to admissions growth

• Maintain an active outreach schedule (calls, visits, follow-ups)

• Build and sustain a measurable pipeline of referral opportunities

• Provide weekly reporting on activity, pipeline, and results
