Position Description

Our Project Managers oversee and manage the awarded contracts of the company including budget and supervisory staff. They will correspond with key people on the job and perform tasks as outlined below, but not limited to:

• a complete understanding of the estimated costs and costs to complete on their assigned jobs
• acting as contact person for a job's owner, engineer and subcontractors
• managing field superintendents
• attending weekly visits to job sites and all job meetings
• maintain the job schedule and adjust as necessary due to time constraints, delays or unforeseen situations

Position Requirements

• EDUCATION - Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: College degree

• LICENSING/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION - Required: Valid Driver's License. Preferred: MA supervisors license and/or state builders license for state which project manager performs work.

• EXPERIENCE - Required: Three or more years' experience as a Project Manager (or equivalent position) or a site superintendent in a construction related organization with a minimum of $15,000,000 in annual sales. Preferred: Knowledge of Corecon, and VISTA/Viewpoint software. Also, knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite, (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word) and Microsoft Project.

BODY POSITIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time. BODY MOVEMENTS: The employee must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, computer equipment and peripherals; and bending, reaching, and crouching. BODY SENSES: Must have command of all five senses: sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. These vision requirements in each area must be sufficient to shift in focus from computer screens to close forms. STRENGTH: Must have the ability to lift 25 pounds with regularity.
