Job Summary Join our vibrant team at Viking Coca-Cola as a Full-Time Sales Manager in Alexandria, MN. In this onsite role you will lead a dedicated team toward sales excellence with a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 annually . Responsibilities Engage directly with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet sales goals. Supervise staff hiring, coaching, and performance feedback. Schedule staff and manage daily branch operations. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and surveys. Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and federal laws. Lead initiatives to reduce work‑related injuries and maintain a safe environment. Manage branch budgets and labor dollars efficiently. Step in wherever needed to ensure excellence in service delivery. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous direct store delivery sales and management experience. Valid Class D driver’s license and successful Motor Vehicle Check. Strong supervisory and budgeting skills. Familiarity with the food and beverage industry. Proficiency in industry‑related software and tools. Customer‑centric mindset and problem‑solving aptitude.
