You'll be there as the voice of what's effective and emerging in the business of central sterile processing and materials management.Key CriteriaCandidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. Five to seven years Operating Room or Periop experience required. Demonstrated skills in material management and information systems required. Registered Nurse License preferred. Three to five year's progressive management experience preferred. Ideal candidates demonstrate proven success in leadership, team-building and inspiring employees to perform at the highest level.
