Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders. Inspect incoming materials for visible damage and report discrepancies. Accurately stock materials in designated warehouse and stockroom locations. Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation. Load and unload trucks safely using proper material handling procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory transactions. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Pull and stage materials for production and customer orders as needed. Keep warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas organized, clean, and safe. Operate basic warehouse equipment and material handling tools. Support stockroom, warehouse, and inventory functions as workload demands. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Who You Are: 0–2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, stockroom, retail inventory, or related experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and communication skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Education & Requirements: High School diploma or GED required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Ability to pass background and employment eligibility requirements. Documented U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status required.
