Team members are encouraged to build long-term success while maintaining a client-first approach.\n\nRole Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson located in Saratoga Springs, NY. The Licensed Real Estate Salesperson will engage with clients to understand their needs, show properties, and guide them through the buying and selling process from initial consultation to closing. Responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, preparing and presenting listing materials, coordinating property showings, and drafting or reviewing purchase agreements and related documents. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing local property trends, and maintaining accurate records in brokerage systems and MLS platforms. The Licensed Real Estate Salesperson will collaborate with colleagues, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, while providing consistent communication, high-quality customer service, and professional representation of Cartier Real Estate Group.\nQualifications\n\n Active Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles.\n Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.\n Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, listen effectively, and maintain long-term client relationships.\n Familiarity with local Saratoga Springs, NY real estate market and surrounding areas.\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.\n Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.\n Comfort using real estate technology platforms, CRM tools, and MLS systems.\n Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.\n Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to property showings and client meetings.\n Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate sales is required.\n
