Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse for our Immediate Care Unit in Fredericksburg, VA. The RN delivers high-quality, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric patients with urgent and complex needs. Responsibilities include triage, assessment, medication administration, wound care, patient education, and care coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The RN monitors patient status, responds to changes in condition, and upholds safety, infection control, and quality standards while documenting accurately in the EMR.
