What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, text, and in person.

• Answer customer questions and provide policy information in a friendly and professional manner.

• Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, coverage updates, and account maintenance.

• Support customers through the claims process by assisting with claim reporting, follow-up, and communication.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate customer records and document all account activity.

• Proactively contact customers for policy reviews, renewals, and service follow-ups to ensure they receive the best possible experience.

• Work collaboratively with team members to provide efficient service and achieve agency performance goals.

• Assist with office projects, community events, and customer appreciation activities as needed.
