Project Manager Assistant

We are seeking a Project Manager Assistant to provide critical support to project leaders while managing administrative, payroll, travel coordination, and project tracking responsibilities. What You'll Do

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage project data, budgets, reports, and scheduling information.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
• Process payroll and maintain employee-related records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support to project leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Assist with project coordination by monitoring deliverables, updating schedules, and communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized digital and physical project files, ensuring documentation is current, accurate, and easily accessible.
• Support day-to-day operational needs to help projects remain on track and within budget.

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tracking, reporting, and data management functions.
• Previous administrative, project coordination, office management, or related experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
• Experience supporting project-based teams, payroll processing, or travel coordination is preferred.

Location: Onsite - Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $28/hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfax, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
