AFC Providers commit to much more than helping patients stay healthy and enjoying a fun lifestyle. Duties Provide high quality patient care within the scope of a PA. Manage all patient care while on shift. Supervise staff while on shift. Ensure all charts are filled out and medical records are completed in a timely fashion. Process biological specimens when needed. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Position Details Per Diem opportunity. Energetic self‑starter who can work independently and contribute to a team environment. Comfortable in a range of settings: small group office and large group organizational settings. Flexibility in shifts to develop and manage a patient panel. Board Certified/Board Eligible – Emergency Room, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine is a plus but not required. Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family. Professional appearance and attitude. Active and current medical licensure in the state of practice. Active and current DEA number and state‑controlled substance certificate, as needed. Ability to multi‑task and work independently. Pay Pay based on experience.
