Maintenance Specialist Pay: $35.54/hr Shifts: 2nd & 3rd shift openings

Overview:

Support a modern manufacturing facility by maintaining, repairing, and fabricating parts for industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot issues with bearings, motors, belts, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Install and replace parts (chains, belts, rollers, seals, etc.)
• Fabricate and modify parts using shop equipment
• Use mills, lathes, grinders, and other fabrication tools
• Perform basic facility maintenance (doors, dock plates, minor repairs)

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical maintenance experience
• Hands-on experience with mills and lathes (required)
• Ability to fabricate your own parts for industrial equipment
• Experience with welding (MIG/TIG/stick) preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston-Salem, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.54 - $35.54/hr.
