L. Echevarría Attorneys at Law is seeking a Senior Paralegal to independently manage transactions, solve day-to-day issues, and keep clients and closing partners informed from contract through post-closing.

With a busy transaction pipeline and a high level of client interaction, this role is ideal for someone who brings strong judgment, sharp attention to detail, and the confidence to run with a file.

What you'll get:

• Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 depending on experience

Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000 Base Salary

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned real estate transactions from contract through closing and post-closing

• Draft deeds, review transaction information, title requirements, and closing documents while identifying potential issues early

• Prepare and review ALTA documents, lender title packages, settlement packages, and mortgage satisfactions

• Balance files and ensure all required documents and outstanding items are addressed

• Handle daily inquiries and substantive file calls with professionalism and confidence

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of real estate paralegal, title, settlement, or related transaction experience

• Proven ability to independently manage multiple real estate transactions at once

• Strong understanding of the full real estate transaction and closing process

• Experience drafting deeds and handling seller-side closing documentation

• Qualia experience is preferred

• Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred
