Global Sales Incentives Leader - Strategy & Analytics

NBMBAA INC

3M is seeking a SIBG Global Sales Incentives Leader in Maplewood, MN, to drive the global sales incentive strategy. You will coordinate incentive plans, governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, HR, and operations. You will lead the annual incentive planning cycle, manage planning and quota processes, and deliver robust analytics to guide leadership decisions and continuous improvement.
